» Stanley E. Binstead was recently elected as chairman of the board and Kevin Willis was elected vice chairman of the board of directors for the Associated General Contractors of Virginia for 2012. Binstead has served on the board since 2007 and also serves on the board of directors of the Building Goodness Foundation, the Virginia Construction Industry Educational Foundation and the Piedmont Virginia Community College Construction Academy Advisory Board. Binstead holds a civil engineering degree from the Universality of Virginia. Willis has served on the board since 2010 and is a member of the PVCC Construction Academy Advisory Board. Willis is a graduate of UVa and has a master’s in business administration from James Madison University.
