» Tiffany Nickell of Crozet has been named team leader and Mary Bias of Charlottesville and Lynnette Cuff of Palmyra have become consultants for Tastefully Simple, a direct sales company. Nickell’s promotion entitles her to a variety of benefits, including commissions, bonuses and allowances.
» Patricia Cluff, associate vice president of the University of Virginia Health System, is taking on the role of chairwoman of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Cluff succeeds Robert Hodous, a partner at Payne & Hodous. Members also serving on the board’s executive committee include Valerie Long, Eddie Giles, Chuck Lebo, Gregory MacDonald, Timothy Hulbert and Hodous. Other members of the board are Rosa Atkins, Peggy Echols, Adrian Felts, Tony Fernandez, Frank Friedman, Jeff Gaffney, W. Rod Gentry, Gloria Johnson, Lawrence McConnell, Pamela Moran, Rydell Payne, Joseph Raichel, Brad Ramsey, Leonard Sandridge, Michael Shareck, Michael Tubridy and Chad Zakaib. The board is the governing body of the chamber, a nonprofit founded in 1913.
