The Leadership Charlottesville Alumni Association on Jan. 18 honored former director Jann Ross with the 2012 Leaders’ Leader Award. Ross graduated from the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Charlottesville program in 1999 and later served as the organization’s director. The award is presented to graduates of the chamber’s Leadership Charlottesville program who have demonstrated initiative, vision and responsibility in contributing to the community or the program’s alumni association. Leadership Charlottesville began in 1982 and the alumni association formed in 1985.
