CJay Roberts has joined SW Wills and Company in Charlottesville as a staff accountant. Roberts performs all accounting and tax services and specializes in management consulting. He is currently working toward CPA certification.

Charles J. Brown III has joined the Charlottesville office of McGuire Woods LLP as a partner in the Energy and Utilities department. After 25 years in the energy industry, Brown has returned to the practice of law with an emphasis on helping clients structure, negotiate and implement business opportunities in the energy arena. He most recently served as president of CRW Energy in Charlottesville.

Anne Gilliam MA has joined Relevant ideas…LLC in Charlottesville as associate for public relations and lobbying. Gilliam previously served as communications and marketing director for the Downtown Austin Alliance in Austin, Texas.
