CBJ: Personnel File

Steve Pekary was installed as vice president of J. W. Townsend Inc. He has risen through the ranks, beginning on an installation crew, becoming nursery manager in 2005 and advancing to maintenance manager in 2007. Pekary will retain oversight of the Maintenance Department.

Three area lawyers have been named to positions in the Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association. James P. Cox III of Michie Hamlett Lowry Rasmussen & Tweel PLLC, president; Rhonda E. Quagliana of St. John, Bowling & Lawrence, president-elect; and David Thomas of Michie Hamlett Lowry Rasmussen & Tweel PLLC, secretary/treasurer.
