l Advanced Center for Physical Therapy of Charlottesville announced it has opened a new clinic in Barboursville. The Greene County clinic has been operating on a part-time basis since November and has expanded its hours to accommodate a higher patient demand. The Charlottesville clinic has been open since 2005.

l The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce celebrated the grand opening of Connection Chiropractic Center in Crozet with a ribbon cutting Friday. The center’s doctors treat myriad illnesses and disorders in children and adults and the overall goal of the center’s programs is to allow the body to heal sicknesses on its own and to keep it healthy for a lifetime.
