Barry Sisson put his locally made film, “Familiar Strangers,” head to head with the likes of “Soul Men,” “W,” “Secret Life of Bees,” “Burn After Reading,” “Zack and Miri Make a Porno,” “Rocknrolla” and the ever-popular “Beverly Hills Chihuahua.”
