Get ready for a jagged little bill. Alanis Morissette is coming to town.

The seven-time Grammy Award-winning singer will perform a benefit concert for Charlottesville Free Clinic at Sept. 18 at the Charlottesville Pavilion.

The price hasn’t been announced yet, but tickets will go on sale July 25.

The local performance will be the first stop on Morissette’s North American tour to promote her new album, “Flavors of Entanglement.”

The Alanis Morissette concert is part of an annual benefit concert series for the Charlottesville Free Clinic supported by Starr Hill Presents, Red Light Management and the Charlottesville Pavilion.

Last year Bonnie Raitt performed at a sold-out show that raised $200,000 for the Free Clinic, more than 25 percent of its annual operating budget.

You can get tickets through the Charlottesville Pavilion, Ticketmaster and Alanis Morissette’s website.
