Pedestrian killed crossing I-64

A 19-year-old pedestrian who was hit by an RV while crossing Interstate 64 on Tuesday has died at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
The victim, Theodore Timothy Snow II of Charlottesville, was hit on the highway near the Route 20 exit in Albemarle County at around 1:50 p.m. Tuesday.
The occupants of the RV, who were from Williamsburg, attempted to stop before hitting Snow, but were unable. They will not be charged in the accident, a Virginia State Police trooper said.
It is unlawful in Virginia to walk on busy highways such as I-64.
