Man jailed in shooting during fight in May
Charlottesville police have arrested an Orange County man they believe was involved in a May shooting.
Lawrence Junior Strother, 24, was picked up by police on Wednesday. He faces assault and firearm charges.
Police believe he shot another man in the leg during a May 4 fight involving a group of people on the corner of Second and Water streets, according to a police report.
