Darden partnership to bring in the Swiss

The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia signed off on a partnership Tuesday that will bring up to 60 Swiss students per year to study at the school.

Leaders with Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich traveled from Switzerland to be a part of Tuesday’s ceremony.

Under the partnership, Darden will provide courses for the Swiss students in general management and marketing.
“It’s important to have a long-term relationship with a highly-ranked American business school, especially as it relates to marketing,” said the Swiss school’s dean, Jacques Bischoff, “as I think of marketing as an American invention.”
