Shelby Road to close for pipe replacement

Pipe replacement will close Shelby Road (Route 662) for about three days beginning Aug. 4.

The road will be closed between U.S. 29 and Walker’s Mill Lane (Route 663). Local traffic will be able to access the road from both ends.

Repair crews will replace a drainage pipe beneath the road that was damaged by heavy rainfall.
