Arguing for government-managed health care modeled on Medicare is like urging car companies to emulate GM.

Last weekend, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to approve health care reform (HR 3962). Rep. Tom Perriello, D-Albemarle, voted yes for the bill. He is to be commended for his vote — he made the correct choice to support the interests of his constituents and the citizens of Virginians, not the greed of the insurance companies.

All right, folks, the election’s over. Time to remove those political signs from the public right-of-way, as required by law.

I called Mr. Boyd after both calls and complained. Let’s get Congress to ban “robo-calls” for all but charities.
