Bell stands up for businesses

I am writing to let people know how lucky Virginia is to have Rob Bell as a delegate.

I have run a small, locally owned business in Charlottes-ville for the past 25 years. The fight to stay in business these days is extremely difficult. There are numerous obstacles we have to overcome weekly. We do not have the money to afford lawyers for advice and when we do, the advice is not always right.

There have been times when we have been put in a situation unjustly that could have caused us to lose what we have worked so hard for. We wrote and called so many people and places trying to find someone who would stand by and support us. On two separate occasions, we called Rob Bell, who returned our calls immediately (once while in Richmond in session). He took care of both situations while letting us know we could call him at any time.

It is shameful to live in such a beautiful community, run a family-owned business and get little to no support from the local politicians. After so many years of trying to find someone who believes in, supports and stands by the locally owned businesses, we are thrilled to know that in a time of need, we can turn to Rob Bell.

I am not a fan of politicians as a whole, but after the support Rob Bell has given us, I looked more closely at what he has done for Virginia. I am so proud to have him as my delegate. I believe in what he stands for and respect what he does to make it happen. I am so grateful to know there is a man with morals, character, who sincerely cares about the people, the state and the locally owned businesses.

Virginia needs Rob Bell.
