Cuccinelli will stand up for our rights

Now more than ever we need an attorney general who will fight for limited government and stop the expansion of federal programs. As the federal government gets more intrusive in our lives, we need someone like Ken Cuccinelli who will stand up for our rights.

Ken has the same belief our Founders did when they established this great nation and cautioned against too much government power and regulation.

Ken knows that the government that governs best, governs least. He will fight against government regulation and bureaucracy.

As a strict constructionist, Ken knows the Constitution, whether state or federal, is the supreme law of the land.

Ken Cuccinelli believes the best ideas come from states, not the federal government, and he will continue to be proactive in advancing state’s rights.

The Founders envisioned a national government having limited duties designed to secure individual liberties. They expressly wrote that all powers not enumerated in Article 1, Section 8, were reserved to the people and the states through the 9th and 10th Amendments. That great system of federalism has been continually eroded by the creep of federal power and the activism of certain federal courts.
