It’s that time of year again. People are paying a little more attention to weather forecasts, e-mailing friends to coordinate dinner plans and toting shorts and flip-flops to change into after work. The end of the workday can’t arrive quickly enough.
A new season of Fridays After Five — the 21st edition of the free outdoor concerts at the end of the Downtown Mall — gets under way later this afternoon with the country and rock music of Sons of Bill.
