Not long after two men accused of stealing a beloved hot dog mascot appeared in court, Harry the Hot Dog was wheeled into Old Dominion Prosthetics & Orthotics to start his rehabilitation.

Harry the Hot Dog’s month-long kidnapping ordeal is over.

Josh Blanthorn, the store’s owner said he intends to rebuild his store’s hot dog mascot, which is worth an estimated $2,000.
“He’ll be like the bionic hot dog,” he said. “He’ll be bigger, stronger, faster.”

He’s a 6-foot, 200-pound hot dog. His name is Harry. He loves condiments.
