XtremeFest of the Blue Ridge ‘08

On Saturday, May 17, from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Waynesboro Parks and Recreation will be holding Xtremefest ‘08.

Xtremefest is a one day event to promote a healthy and active lifestyle by introducing festival-goers to activities like kayaking, rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking, encouraging kids to get involved with the outdoors.

Come out to Ridgeview Park and enjoy a variety of activities including a climbing wall, kayaking on the South River, SkatePark, raffles and prizes, great food and much, much more!

29th Annual Extravaganza

The Waynesboro Parks and Recreation will be presenting the 29th Annual Summer Extravaganza on July 12 and 13.  Plan to bring the whole family for a weekend of good music, an arts and crafts show, family entertainment, fireworks, and lots of great food!
