After months of arguing and planning, the nonsensitive evidence from the area’s most publicized murder trial in years was made available to the public.
Michael Wayne Tutwiler and James Tucker Creamer entered plea agreements with the federal government earlier this year, and were formally sentenced Monday in U.S. General District Court.
Steven Gurczynski will be sentenced in August after pleading guilty to threatening to kill President Obama back in December 2010.
