The Charlottesville/Albemarle SPCA will host a rabies vaccination clinic from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.

At the clinic, which will be held at the shelter at 3355 Berkmar Drive, vaccines will cost $10.

Dogs must be on leashes; cats must be in carriers.

The clinic marks Rabies Awareness Week (Monday to Oct. 4).

Officials remind residents to view wildlife from a distance to prevent exposure and to vaccinate pets.
