»  Comments | Post a Comment

The Ishan Gala Foundation is sponsoring a concert Saturday to raise money to fight neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer.

The band Tim Be Told will perform at the “Rewrite the Lyrics” concert from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday at the Holiday Inn at 1901 Emmet St.
Advance tickets are $20, and door tickets are $25. VIP tickets are also available for $50 and include VIP seating in the first three rows, a raffle ticket and a VIP goodie bag. Beer, wine, soda and other refreshments will also be sold.

The parents of Ishan Gala, a 2-year-old who died more than a year ago from the rare cancer, formed the foundation.
All the money raised by the nonprofit is used to fund research and help support financially drained parents whose children have the disease. About $100,000 was raised last year.
Tim Be Told songs can be heard at www.timbetold.com. For more information about the foundation or to buy tickets online, visit www.ishangala.org/concert.
